Pengshun Li 李鹏舜 graduated from Central South University in 2019 with a B.S. in Transportation and obtained M.S. in Control Science and Engineering from Tsinghua University in 2022. He is currently a Ph.D. student in the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department (Systems Program) of the University of California, Berkeley.
